The Brussels-based IUC project support team elaborated a case study reflecting on the cooperation between Metropole Nice Cote D’Azur and Haikou (Hainan). The document focuses on areas like tourism, e-health and smart monitoring in urban areas. It also showcases innovative academic collaboration under development, as well as possible partnerships in the fields of sport and culture. Challenges, solutions, impact and lessons learned are reflected.
